Requirments:
– +5 years of experience in real estate (included 3 to 5 years as a manager).
– Preferably Commercial
– Age: 27 to 35 year
– Own a car is a must

Job_Description:
– Leading a direct Sales team
– Involved in hiring the sales team
– Responsible for achieving the team targets
– Responsible for developing the team knowledge, sales tactics (Approach, presentation, negotiations, follow-ups, closing)
– Monitor the team activities, pipeline, and production
– Team weekly meeting, monthly one to one
– Support the team in meetings and closing
– Responsible for the team discipline (Attendance, dress code, etc..)
