Job Title: Logistics, sales Export and marketing specialist.

Job Description:
*Coordinates all export sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels, and works to increase customer satisfaction.
* Monitor customers inquiries to the company and Organize sales activities.
* Provide customer all information needed including product specifications, quote requests, client communications, status of service requested.
* Manage pre-sale documentation and Proactively track customer payment.
* Arrange, book, and confirm space on flights, freight, cargo, and other transportation methods with coordination with the logistics team.
* Manage shipping requests and quotes, including client approvals, export licenses, and scheduling.
* Ensure shipment procedures are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
* Track and ensure execution of orders shipping and track shipment delivery to customer.

Education:
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university – Supply chain or Logistics management education is preferable.

Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years experience, preferably to have a background for the same job.
Fresh graduates are welcomed as well
