We are Now Hiring junior team leader for a well-known Real Estate Development company

Job Description:
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Suggest and organize team building activities

Job Requirements:

– Not a must to Have Worked as a team Leader before.
Must have Closed 11 deals or more with a Total of 40 Million at least.
Will be Responsible for Hiring his own Team.

Salary : (7500 : 12000 )

Minimum Experience ( UP TO 2 senior years or More )

Must own a car.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills,
Location: 5th Settlement
Days Off : Friday & Saturday
Languages: Must speak Fluent English
Education : Bachelor Degree Holder
