أعلنت شركة ينبع أرامكو سينوبك للتكرير المحدودة ياسرف وظائف إدارية وهندسية لحملة البكالوريوس مع الخبرة حسب المسميات والشروط التالية:
– رئيس قسم الميزانية والاستشارات (Budget & Advisory Division Head)
المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في (المحاسبة أو المالية) أو ما يعادلهم مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات.
– مشرف وحدة ميكانيكية (Mechanical Unit Supervisor)
المتطلبات: بكالوريوس (هندسة ميكانيكية) أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة.
– مهندس مشروع ثاني (Project Engineer II)
المتطلبات: بكالوريوس هندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية، آلات ومعدات) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.
ملاحظة: جميع الوظائف تتطلب إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

ياسرف (YASREF) هو الاسم المختصر لشركة ينبع أرامكو سينوبك للتكرير المحدودة التي تأسست في سنة 2012م كمشروع مشترك بين أرامكو السعودية وعملاق صناعة التكرير في الصين والأكبر في آسيا شركة تشاينا بتروكيميكال كوربوريشن (سينوبك) لإنشاء مصفاة تحويل متكاملة تعالج الزيت العربي الثقيل، وتبلغ حصة ملكية أرامكو السعودية في هذه المصفاة العملاقة 62.5% و 37.5% لشركة سينوبك.

Budget & Advisory Division Head
Description
| Managerial Responsibilities: |
| 1. Provide direction and lead direct reports in performing their roles and responsibilities. |
| 2. Conduct performance appraisal reviews for direct reports, identify and ensure they acquire the required managerial or functional competencies and knowledge. |
| 3. Review all periodic financial performance reports to ensure the effective implementation for YASREF’s strategies and identify improvement opportunities and propose/implement improvement actions. |
| 4. Execute Department/ Division strategy and operational plans and manage the Division’s annual budget, to meet set objectives and performance targets. |
| 5. Ensure that the performance of various responsibilities and the conduct of the staff in the Division are in accordance with the YASREF’s policies and procedures. |
| 6. Ensure the availability of required resources to carry out all the responsibilities related to the Division. |
| Functional Responsibilities: |
| 1. Analyses financial information and conduct ratio analysis prepares consolidated reports and conduct trends analysis & prepares forecast based on internal & external financial data. Reports financial performance and analysis with recommendations to management. |
| 2. Ensures the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process; develop operating models to ensure compliance with company’s financial goals. |
| 3. Monitors Operating /Capital Expenditure and highlights major financial and operational variances against budget or KPIs. Prepares quarterly reports providing reasons for the major differences between actual and budgeted figures. |
| 4. Perform complex analytical assignments and prepares accounting related reports with related annual budgeting inputs. |
| 5. Provide expertise on processes or issues to the assigned team and work stream. |
| 6. Controls budget phasing break-down into monthly operating budget and controls the actual day to day spending. |
| 7. Directs and provides professional recommendation in cost reduction and recommends probability analysis for improving the profitability. |
| 8. Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs. Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. |
| 9. Construct, studies and consolidates financial models in order to prepare company’s strategic plans, and investigates different strategic options. |
| 10. Identifies, assesses and communicates issues affecting financial profitability |
| 11. Uses spreadsheet and statistical software packages to analyze financial data, spot trends, and develop forecasts. |
| 12. Analyze and interpret reports for managers providing recommendations to guide business decisions. |
| 13. Maintain records on all analytical data. |
| 14. Perform all work procedures in compliance with relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Description
1. Identify, plan and implement system improvements opportunities.

6. Review and comment operation and or maintenance engineer’s proposals to ensure that the proposal meet YASREF requirements and enables the achievement of business priorities (HSE, reliability, high KPI’s, and continuous improvement, cycle time, energy, cost) and enhance productivity).
7. Review and endorse the proposed changes to engineering standards and manuals; Review and recommend engineering related performance indicators on regular basis.

Project Engineer II
Description
1. Perform the day-to-day execution of engineering project in order to increase refinery profit, enhance plant reliability/integrity, and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards.
2. Assist in Project Technical duties to plan, coordinate and manage project activities, to ensure that works are implemented safely, to the specified requirements within schedule and in a cost-effective manner and proper inputs from all Yasref concerned divisions have been properly addressed and incorporated.
3. Assist and coordinate in EPC/Construction activities.
4. Assist in review activities of contractor’s submission statements and material approval.
5. Overall management and coordination of EPC/Construction activities.
6. Review and approve contractor’s submission for method statements and material approval.
7. Project administration, document management, correspondence, transmittals and drawings control.
8. Management and administration of PMT/Technical Consultant supervision and TPI.
9. Conduct frequent construction site visits to monitor method of execution and progress of project works.
10. Evaluate Contractors claims and make recommendation to accept/reject/negotiate and prepare final .V.O. Submissions for approval.
11. Assist in issuing Provisional acceptance certificate.
12. Coordinate issuance of contract close-out report and transfer all project drawings/catalogues/manuals etc. to Yasref records.
13. Keep track of warranties/defects liability period on the works performed.
14. Coordinate all corrective actions by contractors during warranty/defects liability period.
15. Fully comprehend and adhere to relevant safety and environmental policies and procedures.
16. Coordinate with engineering firms and construction companies.
17. Coordinate with procurement of goods and services from vendors.
18. Assist Project related safety Management implementation.
19. Ensure Quality assurance in engineering, fabrication, and construction
