Currently hiring for Service Quality Officer for a multinational bank.
Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications:
– From 0 to 3 Years of Experience.
– University degree with minimum grade is good.
– Good command of the English language and Communication Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
– Monitor service KPI’s across the bank and network
– Procedures enhancement
– Increase service efficiency levels
– Conduct Branches Monitoring Visits to assess areas needed for improvement in service level.
– Measure Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction for the bank through different channels to ensure they meet the set standards.
– Conduct staff focus groups to discuss problems facing branches and take corrective actions to fix these problems.
– Analysis for Mystery Shopping reports.
– Work closely with departments to ensure all network needs are met.
– Identify staff training needs; ensure induction and training programmers are delivered to meet staff and clients expectations.
– Develop new programs to increase customer loyalty and Report Monthly Dashboard for Service Quality.
