أعلن المجلس الثقافي البريطاني | British Council عن توفر وظائف تعليمية بمسمى مدرس أول لغة إنجليزية | Senior English teacher للعمل في مدينة الخبر وفقا للشروط التالية:

الشروط والمهارات:

– درجة البكالوريوس.
– مؤهل TEFL-Q (دبلومة اللغة الإنجليزية / TESOL) ، أو ما يعادلها كما هو معترف به من قبل المجلس الثقافي البريطاني.
– خبرة في تصميم وتطوير المناهج الدراسية والدورات والأنشطة التربوية.

المهام :

– تعزيز وضمان جودة التدريس والتعلم الفعال للغة الإنجليزية.
– تطوير دورات اللغة الإنجليزية ذات الجودة كجزء من فريق إدارة مركز التدريس في المملكة العربية السعودية.
– دعم الأهداف الأوسع للمجلس الثقافي البريطاني ورسالة العلاقات الثقافية.
– دعم نمو الأعمال التجارية الحالية مع تقوية المؤسسات التجارية الحالية.
– ضمان توفير منهج واسع ومتوازن وملائم ومتميز بشكل مناسب.
– رفع مستوى تحصيل الطلاب ومراقبة ودعم تقدم الطلاب من خلال تطوير وتعزيز الممارسة التعليمية للآخرين.

Senior English teacher

The British Council in Saudi Arabia is recruiting a Senior Teacher for the Al Khobar Teaching Centre

The Role Purpose

• To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of English.
• To maintain and develop quality English language courses as part of the KSA Teaching Centre Management team
• To support the wider aims of the British Council and its cultural relations mission.
• To support the growth of the existing adult business and to generate new value while strengthening the current business foundations.
• To ensure the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for our adult programme in accordance with the aims of the Teaching Centre and regional strategy
• To raise standards of student achievement and to monitor and support student progress by developing and enhancing the teaching practice of others

Essential Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree
• TEFL-Q qualification (Diploma-level EFL/TESOL), or equivalent as recognised by the British Council.
• At least 4 years full time post-certificate (i.e. CELTA/Trinity cert) TESOL experience
• Academic Management
•  Proven ability to contribute to design and development of curriculum, syllabus, courses and pedagogical activities.
•  Experience undertaking teacher observations, teacher training, line management and/or professional development of teachers and support staff.

Desirable Requirements:

• Teacher Training Experience
• Relevant IH Certificate / Diploma, or similar. Relevant masters.
