تعلن مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي عن توفر وظائف إدارية شاغرة بمسمى وظيفة مستشار الموظفين للعمل بالمستشفي في مدينة الرياض وفقا للشروط التالية:
الشروط والخبرات:
– درجة الماجستير أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية ، إدارة الأعمال ، القانون ، العلوم السلوكية ، علم النفس أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
– سنة (1) واحدة من الخبرة ذات الصلة مع الماجستير ، أو ثلاث (3) سنوات مع درجة البكالوريوس.
– للسعوديين فقط.
الملخص الوظيفي:
يساعد في حل القضايا الشخصية والمهنية من أجل الحفاظ على موقف بناء ، وتخفيف الضغوط الخارجية والداخلية مثل الصعوبات الوظيفية . كل ذلك يجب أن يمر من خلال دراسة الأسباب الكامنة وراء نمو المشكلة وحل هذه المسألة أو التعديل لتلبية الاحتياجات التنظيمية والبيئة وكذلك تحسين التواصل بين الموظفين وأرباب العمل.
طريقة التقديم في وظائف مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي:
Assists in solving personal and professional issues in order to maintain constructive attitude, relieve external and internal stress such as difficulties in job function, emotional deprivation etc. All of that should go through examining the causes underlying the growth of the problem and resolving the matter and/or adjusting it to meet the organizational need and environment as well as improving the communication between employees and employers.
1. Establishes counseling referral protocols and guidelines as assigned by Manager, Employee Relations.
2.Receives self-referral requests for counseling from staff and from management personnel. Schedules appointments for counseling sessions.
3.Interviews employees. Establishes rapports and determines nature and cause of problem/s. Counsels staff on personal and work related matters.
4.Participates in in-service education and serves on committees and task forces as required/assigned.
5.Counsels new employees in such matters as cultural adjustments and potential areas of stress.
6.Evaluates data to identify causes of employee’s problem/s.
7.Determines the best approach of counseling and if it is appropriate. Consults with management staff to determine if change in work situation or environment is warranted or possible.
8.Assists employees in utilizing personal and other resources to make proper adjustments and to develop coping mechanism.
9.Refers to other professional personnel as required. Consults with other professional personnel to share insights and information.
10.Acts as a resource for other professionals and for Administration while maintaining confidentiality at all the time.
11.Conducts exit interview for all resigned employees (medical & non-medical) and provides monthly reports.
12.Reviews, assesses, and monitors all dignity cases and finds a solution as appropriate if applicable, otherwise, case should be forwarded to the Dignity at Workplace Committee.
13.Handles all walk in complaints received at Employee Relations Section.
14.Responsible for consultation and improvement plans as per departments’ need or request.
15.Organizes Awareness Day, and creates roll up and brochures to improve professional image of the Hospital employees.
16.Reviews Disciplinary Action received by Human Resources.
17.Responsible for the Terminated employees.
18.Handles all Dignity at Work Place and Grievance Committee.
19.Participates in Onboarding and all Off-boarding processes.
20.Participates in crises intervention as required.
21.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
22.Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable.
23.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Behavioral Science, Psychology or other related discipline is required.
One (1) year of related counseling/employee relations experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
