A well-known organization in the Research, Organizational Development, Initiatives and Media is looking for Office Manager
Responsibilities:
– 3 to 5 years of experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant.
– Schedule meetings and appointments.
– Prepare the agenda for the meeting in accordance with the recommendations of the Executive Director and distribute it to the attendees prior to the meeting.
– Coordination of all logistics for the convening of meetings and provision of rooms and tools and other necessary.
– Attend department meetings and record all discussions and decisions taken during the meeting.
– Keeping files of the department’s work and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
– Male or Female.
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills.
– Location: El-Mokattam
