Represent Beyti Company in front of consumers and act as advocate for all Beyti products, by performing the following duties:
Handle consumer visits as per received telephonic product issues from call center.
Detail product features promote product benefits and advise proper usage instructions when required.
Report customer complaints/ feedback, forward to the right channel and follow up until proper/ satisfactory settlement has been confirmed by customer.
Ensuring good customer service in the most efficient manner adhering strictly to company trade, quality, safety policies & code of conduct.
Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
Work Experience:1-3 years’ experience.
Excellent in MS office especially advanced Excel.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Good numerate and analytical skills.
Excellent Communication skills
