Graphic Designer at Chitosan

HQ& Lab /Location: Dokki

*Full-time / Part-time | A True Master of the Craft of Visual

Job Requirements:
– Graduate
– 3 years of relevant & proven experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR exceptional talent despite no relative degree – show us what you’ve got & impress us
– A strong portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms
– Solid foundation in typography, layout, colors, and general design principles & concepts
– Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator,, Photoshop etc)
– Knowledge of printing and/or reproduction processes and techniques.
– Previous experience with social media designs, advertising, campaigns, website material
– Deep understanding of branding concepts
– Ability to create & use different media – e.g. photography, presentations, visuals, and illustration – to achieve results
– Familiarity with social media interfaces: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.
– Proficient & fluent english – speaking & writing
-Required Background : [preferably] Arts; Applied or Fine OR otherwise if you have proven exceptional talent despite no relative degree
-Experience: minimum 3 year experience

+ Web Design, UI / UX Knowledge and Motion Graphics
+ videography, video creation & editing
+ Strong understanding of multimedia design and experience in building files for both print and digital
+ Understanding online marketing principles – to assist in designing exactly the optimum result in co-ordination with digital marketing specialist

Job Description:
– Responsible for all graphic design work, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery.
– Create Designs for online media (e.g. platforms, website and online social media like Facebook) & print media
– Design internal & external templates
– Providing marketing materials; Rollups, e-Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Pop-ups , presentations, proposals, manuals, flyers, layout designs, etc. (custom icons/illustrations are a must).
– Create / illustrate images that identify a product or convey a message
– Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
– Develop complementary design concepts for corporate identity
– Execute various design outputs with a high level of proficiency and artistry, including icons, color schemes, layouts, etc
– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
– Source content from the various teams around the company for design projects
– Design & ensures that all designed material is in compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
– Develop graphics and visual or audio images for products / services / marketing material
– Create various static designs, short animated videos and Gifs
