Competencies and Experiences required:-
– Min 7 years’ experience in a multinational environment
– Solid experience in recruitment and development management
– Good understanding and management of benefit plans
– Sound audit management capabilities
– Hands-on Experience in Work Day and SAP
– Good awareness of labor law
– Excellent analytical, organizing, planning and communication skills
– Ability to focus on priorities
