A reputable pharmacies chain is looking for “IT Technical Support” as below:-
About the Job:
– Install Manage and Administrate servers which includes both physical and Virtual environment (VM Ware).
– Servers Knowledge (Domain/AD/DHCP/DNS/IIS Server)
– Network/Switches/Router Knowledge
– Technical Knowledge
– Firewall Knowledge
– Installation and configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
– Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
– Troubleshoot the system and network problems.
– Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
– Testing and evaluating new technology.
– Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
– Help-desk, troubleshooting local network and PCs hardware.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field.
– Experience 3-5 years
– CCNA and MCSA Certifications is a must.
– Familiarity with (VOIP – DVR/IP Cameras – Fingerprint machines Printers and virtual machine)

Job Conditions:
– Salary range 3750 – 4400 L.E
– Work location at Salah Salem
– Weekend on Friday and Saturday
