Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree. Post graduate MBA is preferable.
– HR Professional Diploma is a must
– 7+ years of experience working for international Schools is a must.
– Ability to communicate fluently in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
– Average Age: 30 -40 years.

– Performance management and improvement systems.
– Organization development.
– Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
– Employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training.
– Policy development and documentation.

– School employee and community communication.
