Reporting Manager: General manager
Department: Sales& Marketing
Location: NAFFCO Misr manufacturing , Giza 6 October city industrial area (6 October residents preferred)

Job Description:
1. Make for training sales and marketing team in CRM.
2. Maintain CRM contact data records for the organization.
3. Follow up Sales and marketing update and their remarks.
4. Follow the analyses that we have from the system.
5. Support all team with any reports that they need from the system.
6. Follow up with HQ team about any issues related to the system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create tickets in the system.
2. Follow up all customer request with the concerned Dept. till it solved.
3. Solve all customer Complains.
4. Follow up all bad rates with the concerned person.
5. Collect Customer service Reports.
6. Follow Up with the top management in any problems
Job Skills:
1-3 years of experience
Able to work under pressure
Experience in the same industry at least 1 year
Sales oriented and able to attract new business
Employment type: full time
