A reputable company in the field of facility management is looking for:
Recruitment Head
Will work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance.
Main responsibilities:
1- attract top talent and diverse candidates across all levels of an organization
2- Identify the organization’s needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
3- Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development
4- Communicate with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
Qualifications:
• More than 5 years of experience at the same field
• FM & Construction back ground is a must
• Effective communication skills
• Have the ability to handle multiple assignments
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Flexible
