<p>NATCO (Mercedes-Benz) is Hiring&nbsp;<br />Job Title: Sales Receptionist&nbsp;<br />Job Location: Dokki<br />Job Description:&nbsp;<br />-Representing the company and being the initial point of contact for all visitors and business partners by personally welcoming them.<span class=”text_exposed_show”><br />-Welcoming and approaching visitors in a friendly and open manner.<br />-Looking after customers waiting in the showroom, in the service area and in the bistro.<br />-Passing on customers to contacts responsible in affiliated companies.<br />-Taking / making calls and, if necessary putting callers through (switchboard).<br />-Making a note of calls and passing these on to the relevant person.<br />-Arranging for employees who are currently not available to return the call.<br />-Sending out information.<br />-Maintaining a database of those expressing an interest in Mercedes-Benz products.<br />-General source of information for customers.<br />Job Requirements:&nbsp;<br />University degree or equivalent<br />0 &ndash; 2 years experience in a customer support related function, preferably in the automotive industry.<br />Knowledge of the brand / MB service quality standards<br />Good PC knowledge<br />Excellent communication and telephone manners<br />Highly organized and presentable<br />Preferred females&nbsp;</span></p>
