Egyptian Kuwaiti Foundry “EKF” located in 6th of October City, is seeking to hire HR Supervisor
Main duties:
– Develop, Manage, and control a professional operational mechanism for implementation and control of all HR & HRD activitie hashtag#training hashtag#recruiting hashtag#humanresources hashtag#salary s.
– Update organization charts.
– Manage and organize all Training Process .
– Responsible for recruitment, this includes developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, sourcing candidates, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and conduct background checking.
– Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
– Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.
– Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
Candidate profile:
– University Degree in Business , Human resources or related field
– , Experience 5 to 7 years, Very Good English language, Experienced with Labor Law and HR regular work.
