أعلنت شركة خدمات الملاحة الجوية عبر موقعها الإلكتروني (بوابة التوظيف) توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى (محلل التطوير الوظيفي Career Development Analyst)، واشترطت الشركة أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية، وذلك وفقاً لبقية التفاصيل والشروط الموضحة أدناه.
المسمى الوظيفي:
– محلل التطوير الوظيفي (Career Development Analyst).
الشروط:
1- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
2- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
3- خبرة ما بين ثلاث إلى ست سنوات في إدارة المواهب.
4- التحدث بطلاقة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Career Development Analyst
الوصف الوظيفي
•Remains up-to-date on SANS competency framework and communicates any changes/modifications to employees in a timely manner
•Coordinates with the Organization Development team in order to ensure that SANS’ competencies are part of the performance review process
•Administers competency-based assessments throughout SANS and follows-up with relevant directorates to ensure buy-in and timely completion
•Consolidates assessment results and delivers summarized reports to line managers and Career Development Section Head
•Coordinates with assessment providers to deliver assessments in a timely manner and generate reports accordingly to SANS data requirements
•Collaborates with line managers and the Organizational Development team to determine the training needs of employees based on the performance evaluation results
•Drafts and updates TNAs and presents final versions to line managers for approval
•Monitors the completion status of TNAs and informs the Career Development Section Head of any delays for corrective action
•Enrolls SANS’ employees in relevant career development programs based on the available career tracks
•Monitors participation rates in career development programs and reports data to the Career Development Section Head
•Delivers awareness presentations to SANS’ employees to introduce career development programs and increase engagement levels
•Prepares regular reports to monitor and control SANS’ career development operations
•Coordinates with line managers to identify potential successors for enrolment in the succession planning program
•Ensures that nominated successors meet the minimum requirements of the succession planning program before granting admission
•Monitors key career development metrics (e.g. competency rate, readiness, occupancy rate, etc.) and report to Talent Acquisition Section Head
•Ensures that the career development division is capturing the relevant metrics to enable data analysis

– Good Computer skills.
– Fluent in Arabic & English
3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Management
