Main Purpose
Accountable for supporting the Marketing Department in all on-going activities for the brand(s) under his responsibility.
Responsibilities
1.Monitoring actual Marketing spending vs. budget at any time in addition to actual sales shipments/market status.
2.Monitoring market/sales for the opportunities of launching new product(s) in the existing portfolio or penetrate a new category with a completely different product.
3.Prepare presentations showing performance of brand(s) (e.g. retail audit, ad trackers, sales performance, P&L…etc.) to the marketing team.
4.Support the Brand Manager in handling specific brand related projects.
5.Follow-up with the advertising agencies on the development of suitable and optimal promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with timelines and budgets.
6.Develop, co-ordinate and ensure the provision of efficient and responsive marketing and “Below the Line” projects’ support for brand(s) in order to achieve the planned volumes.
7.Analyse market situation to evaluate new challenges for brands’ NPDs in order to identify and recommend possible portfolio optimization activities (developing, launching, pruning…etc.).
8.Assist in consumer insights’ projects for brand(s); with the responsibility of supervising and monitoring research in field to ensure quality findings.
9.Responsible for packaging development and follow up with involved parties to ensure effective implementation according to each brand’s requirements.

2. Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings.
3. Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders.
4. Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups.
5. Monitors spare parts release from warehouses.
