A General Manager is needed!

Work Location: Tokh Center – Qalyubia (40 minutes – 20 km from Cairo Downtown)

Nile Cold store is looking for an experienced General Manager to control and oversee all business operations, departments and ventures.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
– Follow up the performance of all departments (Accounting – Purchasing – Supply Chain – Logistics – Operations – HR … etc.)
– Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
– Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
– Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
– Review all submitted reports from all departments.
– Identify opportunities to improve work environment and daily tasks.
– Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as General Manager or other managerial position for not less than 5 years.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; Certification in Management would be preferable.
• Age: From 28 to 40.
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Senior Marketing Executive is needed!

Work Location: Tokh Center – Qalyubia (40 minutes – 20 km from Cairo Downtown)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to participate in our company’s advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences.)
– Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
– Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
– Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists.
– Identify and analyze competitors.
– Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
– Collaborate with designers to produce promotional materials.
– Organize promotional activities for new products/services.
– Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts.
– Work closely with MIS on designing and developing MIS reporting packs and formulating database.

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Marketing, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience from 5 to 8 years as Marketing Executive.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with research methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Junior Logistics Executive is needed!

Work Location: Tokh Center – Qalyubia (40 minutes – 20 km from Cairo Downtown)

Our company is in immediate need of a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery.

Responsibilities:

– Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
– Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
– Prepares loads for shipment.
– Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
– Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles.
– Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.
– Work closely with MIS on designing and developing MIS reporting packs and formulating database.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or relevant field.
• Proven experience from 2 to 3 years as logistics coordinator.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
