An Egyptian Retail Company in the field of tableware is looking to hire urgently (Sales agents – retail) for its stores at City Stars, CFC & Mall of Arabia
Job Description:
• Greet customers and Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Advise customers to the solution/services or products that best meet their requirements
• Ensure all shelves, wall units and floor units are fully stocked at all times
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Job Requirements:
• A bachelor degree
• Excellent command of English and Arabic written and spoken and excellent communication skills.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Retail Sales of which 2 years are selling High-end products
• Comes from a variety of retailers’ background experience, including Tableware, Giftware, Home
Lifestyle, Furniture and Jewelry with exposure to high-end and luxury products
• Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Proven experience in Store operations
. Basic Salary + commission
– rotational shifts + 1 day off
