Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in an Engineering field from an accredited
Engineering college or university – Essential
Work Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project management with extensive
knowledge of International regulations, standards and codes of practices related
to construction and projects – Essential
• Ability to clearly define requirement & manage end user satisfactions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver results.
• Ability to analyze problems quickly, and develop corrective actions.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication, reporting and
interpersonal skills.
English Language Skills: 75 % STEP
Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial
Computer Skills Level: Expert
Job Responsibilities
Principal Duties:
• Executes project management processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of projects in the assigned tasks
and activities within time, cost and performance constraints.
• Assists the Project Manager in planning and organizing schedules of project activities according to project
requirements.
• Develops and recommends plans for the PMO function, finalizing functional development plans for projects
undertaken by Technical Affairs with the aim of ensuring the best economic result while satisfying customer
demands.
• Provides professional input where applicable in terms of reviews of product design for compliance with
engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• As assigned coordinates activities concerned with technical development & delivery, directs integration of
project activities and tasks in the areas of assigned responsibility.
• Supports the control of expenditures within limitations of the project.
• Monitors interim and completion project reports including the accuracy of financial forecasts which ties in with
project schedules.
• Liaises between the Project Manager, stakeholders and the technical disciplines involved in a project.
• Assists the Project Manager in coordinating all interdisciplinary activities and ensure the overall quality control
of the work, ensure effective communication among all project participants.
• Recommends and assists in setting objectives and review performance of all direct reports in line with the
policies to ensure deliverables are met and value is achieved; identifies and ensures a continuous improvement
culture is demonstrated and implemented.
• Monitor all activities and status of assigned projects for management information or review.
• Ensures the Project Manager is fully apprised of the current and on-going status of assigned projects, preparing
status reports for review and action.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil/ Architectural Engineering/ Project Management -E
Working towards professional membership, ideally Project Management institute PMPor CPM-P.
Work Experiences: Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management with consultancy
and construction experience – Essential
English Language: 75% STEP
Computer Skills Level: Proficient
Job Responsibilities
Principal Duties:
• Manages assigned, the overall project progress and maintenance of accurate and effective records.
• Assist in coordinating all project meetings and reviews/amends minutes of meeting.
• Assist In the preparation and update of the project management plan-protect manual for standardized forma.
procedures, fi1ins systems and administrative procedures to simplify tracldng ayatema.
• Recoaunenda and uailtlln the preparation and maintenance of the project program to enhance quality
performance of the Project Managftl\ent Office (PMO).
• MaintaiN effective relationships between multidildplinary project participants to ensure a proper delivery of the
aervicea for which the department is tasked .
• AssiJts in oveneems and reviewing the performance of the design and engineering consultant
• Participates in fon!W and informal design reviewl/conatnactability ~ysia workshops.
• Participates in audit activities u uaigned, produces and transmits monthly project progreu reports.
• Maintainl all the project documents, correspondence and drawings pertaining to the project and uailts in the
submittal to the client upon project completion to ensure complm records handover and smooth facility
operation.
• Reviewa construction management and aupervision of separate contractor activities, includin3 directions and
coordination in the field and contractor compliance with achedules, standards, safety and quality control
program.
• Under the supervision of the PMO-Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer, reviewa the work of consultants
and contractors for mmpliance with the approved contract documents and highlisht dulnps to the Project
Manapr/Senior Project Engineer under the supervision of the Project Engineer (PMO).
• Assist in the development and maintain updating of the detailed management plan for the completion of
construction and secures the client’s approvals.
• Provides Assistance to the PMO Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer with the implementation
