وظيفة أخصائي تعيينات بالموارد البشرية في شركة الشوا جروب

We are looking for a recruitment specialist to join our Human Resources department in Elshawaa Trading Group

Responsibilities:

– Manage the sourcing process to meet manpower plan requirements.
– Screen resumes versus job descriptions.
– keep the database updated
– Conduct face to face interviews and evaluate the selected candidates.
– Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
Send job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers

Requirements :

– Proven work experience at least 3-5 years in recruitment
– Experience in hiring blue collar & white collar is a must
– Experience in retail is preferred
– HR diploma or certificate is preferred
