Help desk specialist
3 – 5 years of experience
Description:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
Maintain and support computer operating systems and applications.
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshooting system and application problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults (replacing parts as required).
Diagnose and troubleshoot printer problems and provide support for users.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Provide Data Show support in classes according to schedules sent before and follow up on them.
Ensure that documentation and job notes kept up-to-date and accurate.
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Fluent English is a MUST
