One of the biggest Egyptian manufacturing company was urgent seeking for Services desk Specialist
Job description:
– Respond to requests from technical assistant either via email or phone & mange the follow of incoming requested
– diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and network problems
– planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades& replacing parts
– identify and escalate advanced cases
– prepare activity reports to maintain incident Records Documentation to ease similar diagnose of IT incident
– Update the inventory of computer assets & software licenses
– Perform System Testing and Updates for new software, window, & antivirus
Skills needed:
– Knowledge – Know computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, network connectivity, and firewalls
– Problem solving – Resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
– Teamwork – Work well in a team-oriented environment.
– Mobility – Be willing to accept additional responsibilities when asked.
