HBS is looking for talented IT Technical Support in Alex
.
• Experience from 1 to 3 years.
• Working location: Alexandria Egypt.

Job Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment’s
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• In charge of office domain & active directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users,
• Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and resolution.
