Description -Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace

-Advising employees on how to minimise or ultimately avoid risks and hazards in the workplace

-Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation

-Working with and training all employees to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace

-Being responsible for all safety inspections in the workplace (for example, monitoring noise levels in a warehouse)

-Assisting with the creation and management of health and safety monitoring systems and policies in the workplace

-Managing emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organising emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aides

Qualifications -at least 10 years experience (preferably in FMCG) -Location: Borg ElArab, Alexandria -Proficient in Arabic and English -Proficient in MS Office -Good Communication Skills -Analytical Skills -Leadership Skills

Description – Support local management to implement HSE procedures, undertake Safety Observation Tours and audit existing procedures.

-Identify gaps and define corrective actions for existing procedures and report OHS metrics/audit findings.

-Review and approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments and ensure compliance with site specific HSE plan.

-Prepare and implement HSE awareness program and HSE induction training program.

-Maintain appropriate records and documentation of the project and submit monthly and quarterly HSE reports to appropriate personnel as per the ABB guidelines.

-Co-ordinate activities with the construction staff ensuring that HSE requirements are implemented.

-Ensure that Accidents/Incidents are recorded, investigated and analyzed.

Qualifications -At least 3-5 years experience -Proficient in Arabic and English -Proficient in MS Office -Bachelor Degree -Analytical Skills -Ability to make quick and right decisions
