Office Manager is needed for a leading Management & Business Consultation firm in Heliopolis
Will be responsible for:
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Plan for any visits and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Tasks to be added as required.
Requirements:
• Experience from +7 years
• Fluency in English & Excellent Computer skills are required
• Office administration
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Technical/Business writing skills (English & Arabic)
• Internet and social media tools
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• High computer skills (Microsoft office + and ability to learn other tools)
• Stress management skills
• Time management skills
