Nova Egypt (Home Appliances) looking for:
– Production Manager
Responsibilities:
*Implement, oversee and control production process and drawing up the production schedule
*Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
*Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
*Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
*Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
*Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
*Reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
*Monitor estimate costs and set the quality standards of products.
*Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
*Prepare and maintain production reports
*Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
*Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
*Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
Requirement:
Manufacturing Experience, Preferred Experience in Home Appliances, 6th October Residence preferred
