A leading chain of restaurants located in garden city Seeking to hire
“Human Resources Manager ” with below qualifications:
– Must have 10+ years of experience in all HR functions.
– have previous experience of working in multinational FMCG or manufacturing industry
– Strong knowledge of labor law, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, and payroll
– Strong knowledge of Excel and HRIS.
– Ability to practice & coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
– Ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
– Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
