Job description :
– must understand the business’s broad strategic goals & direction
– Develop & document HR policies & procedures to drive performance.
– Consistently recruiting an excellent staff. Maintaining company staff by establishing a recruiting, testing & interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; & analyzing exit interviews.
– Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions.
– Prepare employees for assignments by establishing & conducting orientation & training programs.
– Processing transfers , promotions & terminations.
– Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling & conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring & scheduling individual pay actions; planning & implementing pay structure revisions.
– Determine & recommending employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship
– Giving helpful & engaging presentations.

10 to 15 years
Salary Up to 25000 L.E + Benefits.
