وظيفة مشرف مشتريات في شركة صبا للسيارات

EL Saba Autoservice is Hiring Purchasing Supervisor

– Develop and authorize all purchase orders and ensure compliance company policy and procedure.
– Monitor and handling all purchase orders for FMCG in terms of planning, suppliers sourcing and obtaining good prices and maintain effective relationship with vendors, planners and sourcing team.
– Develop and maintain relationship with new vendors and manage items information, and update purchasing data.
-Forecasting sales orders, Re-ordering, shipping and on time deliveries.
– Coordination with finance and the delivery departments.
– Monitor potential stock out caused by delivery delay etc. and take necessary actions to ensure availability of product.
– Manage all communication and negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery terms to reduce inventory levels and cost.
– Coordinate with suppliers to identify effective business requirements and develop new business pipeline for all international buyers.
– Prepare and manage offers from beginning to end and prepare supplier contracts and delivery schedule.
– Provide analysis on detail cost comparison.

Skills/Qualifications:
– 5 years’ experience
– age Max 35
– Bachelor degree
– Very Good English Skills
