Handles a range of routine and non-routine customer calls related to service – Handles a variety of international customers complaints and/or exceptions including responding to irate customers who have experienced serviced failures/problems, and resolves where possible, making the decision to refer where appropriate. – Supports the Sales department and gives accurate answers to sales staff inquiries, notifies the sales with customers activities in case of major problem.
Experience: Min: 1 Year Max: 2 Years
Job Skills:
University Degree. Excellent Command of Ms office applications, esp. Excel. At least One year experience in Customer service.
