1-Experience not less than 1 year
2-Graduate from bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Job Responsibilities :
1-A CCNA certification is a must or another related courses
2-Handle customer support calls in a timely and accurate manner.
3-Provide first-level support to customer service requests.
4-Escalate complex support requests to relevant IT staffs for resolutions.
5-Understand support problems, analyze problem data and determine appropriate solutions.
6-Maintain problem documentations and their resolution procedures for reference procedures.
7-Plan and complete daily assigned tasks within deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents and customers.
8-Report system downtime and performance issues to Manager.
9-Ensure to follow standard operating procedures and meet service level agreements.
10-Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems.
11-Assist in development and enhancement of IT systems.
