Budgeting and Cost Control Manager at Hyde Park Developments دوام كامل

Hyde Park Developments is currently hiring – Budgeting / Cost Control Manager.

The ideal candidate should have 10 – 15 years of experience in the same position preferably.

Qualifications:

a- Similar position in a big firm (preferably Real Estate).
b- Full awareness of Budget calculation procedures and techniques considering all affecting factors (overheads, inflation, contingency, … etc).
c- Full awareness of Egyptian Market prices.
d- Able to predict and consider future market sudden changes (with regards to prices) that may impact projects’ budgets.
e- Very Good command of English language.
f- Multinational / abroad experience is an asset.

Main Tasks:

a- Setting / initiating the main strategy of the budgeting and cost control department.
b- Issuing and updating projects’ budgets.
c- Issuing cost report.
d- Follow up on projects’ budgets and cost control procedures’ implementation.
