Requirement:
o 0 – 1 year’ experience as Data Entry (or similar) role, preferably in a telecom industry
o Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
o Proficient typing and editing skills
o Data organization skills
o Attention to detail
o Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities:
o Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
o Type in data provided directly from customers
o Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
o Verify data by comparing it to source documents
o Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
o Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
o Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
