وظيفة مهندس دعم فني النظم والمعلومات – وظائف في الامارات – العين

Desktop Support Engineer

This opening is with one of our client within banking and financial industry

This job based in Al Ain and requires visiting other branches in UAE

Main Tasks:

– Support the helpdesk and desktop support manager in business core system issues.
– Acts as link between IT and users on problem/request resolution.
– Manage the problem management system ticket and assigns cases to the relevant support staff.
– Coordinates with IT system development team on resolution of core systems issues.
– Process requests related to hardware & software.
– Assists in updating asset inventory.
– Follows up as the priorities escalate ensuring closure as the day progresses.
– Follow up with vendors using the management system and closes cases.

Job Requirements:

– Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent.
– Arabic speaker.
– Citrix background is essential.
– Familiar with ITIL.
– At least 2-4 years in the same field with financial or banking industry experience.
– Experience of different Windows operating systems: XP, 7, 10
– Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus.
