Development Engineer/Architect is required for a real estate development company located in Maadi

Duties:
1-Responsible for providing architectural designing of new units according to development Strategies and business analysis.
2-Produce design presentations and adhere to schedules and budgets.
3-Submit Designs plans to the construction department, follow up with them providing direction and technical architectural guidance
4-Report current information about the design status to the management

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering
2. 5+ years of experience in architecture engineering
3. High levels of creativity and imagination
4. A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project
