The E-commerce specialist is responsible for managing the E-commerce website in terms of marketing, promotional calendar, software updates, newsletters, editing and publishing data. The purpose of this role is to establish an online market parallel to the on ground physical shop in cooperation with the retail department to meet one of the main business objectives; which is maximizing profits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the E-commerce website in terms of; marketing, promotional calendar, software updates and newsletters.
Request from Retail department promotional adds to be posted on the E-commerce website.
Edit, update and publish the new arrival products and promotions.
Coordinate with the SEO on choosing the most optimal search key words to reach the right target audience.
Analyze the website’s data including the bounce rate, session duration, and exit rate, …. etc.
Submit a biweekly report to the digital section.
Coordinate with Sales and logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full
Analyze reports related to online sales through all channel

Job Specifications
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in E-Commerce field
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Understanding of the channel structure, market and customers.
Good understanding of the HTML, CSS languages.
Understanding of the E- category management best practice to drive online sales.
