A big Egyptian company in the field of freight located in Heliopolis is seeking to hire:
“Senior HR Generalist/Advisor ” with below qualifications:
– Must have 5+ years of experience in all HR functions.
– Strong knowledge in labor law, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement & development.
– Strong knowledge of excel and HRIS.
– Ability to practice & coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality. .
– Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
