Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: 5th Settlement
Department: Human Resources
Tasks :
1- Improve HR processes as needed
2- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and educate line managers on implementation.
3- Ensure all HR forms and documents match with HR policies.
4- Oversee day to day HR operations, link all HR activities, teams and functions and ensure smooth work flow among all HR functions.
5- Implement recruitment strategy: advertise vacancies through social media, recruitment agencies and websites, screen and follow up with candidates till hiring.
6- Ensure accurate database on HRIS and regular updates are in place.
7- Liaise with HR system provider where needed and ensure best utilization of HR system.
Job Qualifications:
– University degree, preferably with a v.good degree.
– At least 4 years of work experience in Human Resources at ( Food & Beverage ).
– Excellent user of Microsoft Office especially PP, advanced Excel & Word
– Excellent user of HRIS and preferably in introducing new HR systems and the
Migration into a new system.
Preferably New Cairo Residents or surroundings.
Working hours: From 8 to 4 (2 days off).
