Human Resources Manager is Needed for Marine services

Main Job Duties :
Implementing all the human resources functions that are coping with the company strategy including

but not limited to:
-Maintain the group structure.
-Maintain New Salary scale policy & structure.
-Customized internal policies.
-New Recruitment and hiring process
-Training and development program for reefer technicians.
-Changing company culture and train all stuff to work with customer satisfaction concept.
-Launching Motivation/employee engagement programs .
-Adjusting Manpower / Man-hour with budgeting.
-Create Customized Performance appraisal forms (PMS SYS.) for every title.
-Decrease turn over ratio by applying loyalty programs
-Develop new, or modify existing, position descriptions and Terms of Reference in collaboration with departments’ managers

Job Requirements:
*Alexandria resident only.
*More than 5 years of experience as a HR manager
