IT Manager at ACD Consulting Group 2019

IT Manager for industry’s best practice processes for 5+ locations, and remote users.

Main Accountabilities
· Excellent knowledge of Networks and Security.
· Excellent knowledge of Windows Office and Operations System.
· Manage IT department; including On-call Rotation schedule.
· Works closely with executive team and department managers to determine technical direction and needs of the company.
· Additional duties as assigned.
· Understanding of Point of Sale software and IT ticketing software.
· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
· Experience supporting IT for multi-unit operations on a national scale.
· Enabling to work remotely.

Education:
· Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS or related Field
· Preferred Cisco Certificate (CCNA, CCNP) Microsoft Certificate (MCSA, MCSE) IT Security Certificate. (GCIH, CISSP, ECIH, GIAC-GWAPT, CEH).
· Experiences:
· 8+ years in IT including 3+ years work experience as an IT manager , preferably in the Entertainment or manufacture industry.
