Cybertron International Inc. a multinational computer manufacturer and a managed IT services provider, We are currently looking for a Remote IT Support staff based in Egypt. Reporting to the “IT Services Supervisor”, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Customers based on US remotely.
Role Responsibility:
Handle daily remote technical support activities on desktop support, network and server management
Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and maintain, Desktop Operating System, MS Office and any other authorized desktop applications.
Ensure that Incidents and Service Requests have been dealt with to the Client users satisfaction
Ensure that response time and resolution time objectives are met as defined in the SLA and Workflow
Responsible for managing backups
Work with 3rd party service providers in the process of analyzing and resolving customer issues.
