We are hiring immediately Technical support
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supporting users and supporting all departments, and responsible for maintaining Hardware and Software of IT tools for entire company.
Escalate technical support issues that cannot be addressed by the Help Desk to concerned team.
IT assets management.
Arrange visit plans for company branches in Cairo.
Qualification:
Education: BSc information System
Experience: 3 Years
-Have working experience in a domain environment.
-Solid experience in exchange email troubleshooting, Microsoft Operating systems: Windows 7, 8 and 10
-Basic network troubleshooting skills.
-MCSA, A+,CCNA good knowledge (certified are preferred)
