تبحث شركة بريطانية عن ممثل خدمة عملاء في الفرع المصري. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن دعم عملائنا الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية والأمريكية عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

A British company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based at the Egypt branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our English and American speaking customers via email.

•Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.
•Excellent written English.
•New graduates acceptable although customer service experience is highly preferable.
•Ideally Maadi resident.

The successful candidate will represent our global customer base and support them by answering questions solving problems and communicating feedback back to the company.
