NBK Egypt is calling for vacancy of “Securities Custody Clerk”

The position’s main duties and responsibilities are:

– Handling The Customers’& NBKE securities depository process and internal archiving of contracts
– Handling the customers and NBKE securities registry process and IN/OUT securities transfers
– Handling purchase orders settlements thru MCDR system
– Handling selling orders process
– Collection of cash dividends
– Handling the customers’ subscriptions requests
– Handling our customer’s subscription \ capital Increase process in co-ordination with our Branches
– Handling the blocking and unblocking\ pledge and release pledge of securities
– Handling GDR securities transfer
– Collection of custody fees
– Purchase & selling orders commissions settlement
– Handling DVP & RVP transactions and ensure delivery against cash settlement
– Preparation of monthly accounting entries
– Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports

Required Education, Qualifications & Skills:

– University Bachelor Degree.
– Ability to work under pressure
– Ability to follow up and control
– Accuracy and speed
– Communication & problem solving skills
Experience: Minimum 1 years Banking Experience
