For A Multinational Company located at Sheraton:

Senior Financial analyst ( Financial Reporting and Budgeting)

Responsibilities:
– Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information and trends.
– Assembling data for state quarterly and annual statements.
– Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
– Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
– Analysis of General Leger balances.
– Analysis of Actual vs plan and last year.
– Financial statements analyses.
– Preparation of the budget.
– Preparing journal entries for provision and accruals.
Coordinate with external auditors year end closing.

Key Area:
– Pricing Analysis
– Margin Analyses
– SGM & A Analysis (Selling, General, Management expenses)
– EBITDA Analysis

Requirement:
– Bachelor degree in Accounting
– 5+ years’ Experience in a multinational company as a Financial and budgeting accountant not as general accountant
– Excellent English language
– SAP user is a Must
– Ability to work for long working hours
– Confidentiality of all financial data is a must
– Excellent presentation Skills.
