Senior OD Specialist is urgently for Sahara Petroleum Service ( SAPESCO )

Job Description:

– creating job analysis and job descriptions.

– Sourcing, Screening C.Vs.

– conducting interviews to choice the best candidates.

– Implementing the annual training plan.

– Supporting other departments regarding setting objectives and KPIs.

– Fully responsible for collecting performance appraisals in a timely manner.

– Submitting required reports regarding OD functions.

Job Specifications:

– Min 5 years experiences in HR field in Recruitment and OD functions.

– HR Diploma is a must.

– Maadi residents will be preferred.
