Sales Graduate Trainee
Main accountabilities:
Driving Mass business within assigned key accounts by executing the Sales Department Vision, Mission and Strategy.
Driving accounts with respect to their sales targets, product supply, and CSW control and contract implementation in all assigned customer outlets.
Managing customer queries and monthly reporting.
Actively soliciting new ideas and business from potential customers
Main interfaces/collaboration:
J&J Customers
J&J sales team
J&J Brand Activation team
Distributor team
Reporting staff:
Sales reps/ merchandisers
Main performance measures:
Deliver the business plan Sales & Spending.
Regular reporting and tracking to provide business performance updates
Category and brand share growth
Key customer partnerships and CSW segmentation and investment plan
Make quarter business review with the customer
In-store execution of visibility plan
Qualifications
Education:
− University degree
Years of Industry Experience:
0-2 years-
Languages:
Arabic & English
